MACKEY K. HANCOCK, Justice.
Appellant, Kirk Labor, appeals a summary judgment ruling dismissing his claims for tortious interference with prospective business relationship against ap-pellees, David Hendricks and Ted Margo. Labor additionally appeals the trial court’s award of costs in favor of appellees, Hendricks, Margo, and Robert Warren. We affirm.
