FLAUM, Circuit Judge.
Defendant Edward W. Moede was convicted of three counts of bank fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 1344. Moede argues that his conviction must be reversed because the evidence of intent to defraud was insufficient. We affirm.

Moede was a vice-president and chief trust officer at the federally insured Associated Bank in Neenah, Wisconsin. Moede operated a rather extensive scheme in which he diverted the bank’s trust fees and funds from legitimate trust accounts into various dummy trust accounts from which he made investments in the stock market.
