In this restricted appeal, appellant, In-vesco Investment Services, Inc. (“Inves-co”), challenges the trial court’s default judgment entered against it and in favor of appellee, Fidelity Deposit & Discount Bank (“Fidelity”), in Fidelity’s suit against Invesco for a writ of garnishment.
