Lowell S. Jones appeals a summary judgment rendered in favor of James D. Blume, James D. Blume, P.C., and Blume & Stoddard (collectively “Blume”). In twelve points of error 1 , Jones contends generally that the trial court erred in: (1) holding that his breach of contract claim was barred by the statute of limitations; (2) holding that Blume did not owe him a fiduciary duty; and (3) granting summary judgment on his claims for breach of duty under the disciplinary rules of professional conduct, conspiracy, constructive fraud, quantum meruit, and attorney’s…
