The employer, Gibson Insulation Company, appeals by leave granted from an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board. We affirm.
Plaintiff David R. Nelligan was awarded workers’ disability compensation benefits for a dust disease that arose out of and in the course of his employment. The date of injury was determined to be July 2, 1981.
