MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER
VAN ANTWERPEN, District Judge.
From November 4, 1991 through November 9, 1991, a hearing was held on Plaintiffs’ request for a permanent injunction and Defendants’ motion for a preliminary injunction in the above-captioned matter, a self-styled complaint in equity. Plaintiffs ask this court to order that the Exclusive Booking Agreement (the “Booking Agreement”) and Exclusive Agent Agreement (the “Agent Agreement”) signed by Mascotte Productions, Inc. and Plaintiff Vadim Pisarev are null and void, that Defendants not interfere with Plaintiffs’ work or lodging…
