Appellant and appellees are the owners of adjoining lands located in the northeast quarter (NE%) of the southeast quarter (SE14) of section twenty-six (26), township nine (9) south, range seven (7) west, in Lincoln county, Arkansas. Appellant W. E. Deweese owns the west half of this forty-acre tract having acquired title by deed dated September 13, 1926, while appellees, through Thomas Logue now deceased, acquired title to the south 13 acres of the east half of said 40-acre tract sometime in the year 1927.
