In the form in which this cause reaches this court on appeal, it is an ejectment action to determine, as between adjoining riparian landowners, the ownership of approximately five acres of land admitted to be accretions formed on the west bank of Little River. The appellants were plaintiffs, and from an adverse judgment, have prosecuted this appeal.
