Plaintiffs Tonya and Jason Long seek relief on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated for the alleged refusal of Defendant State Farm Fire and Casualty Company to assess and pay for diminished value when its insureds claim losses covered under their State Farm homeowners’ insurance policies.
