[¶ 1] The employee, Floyd Adams Jr., appeals from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board denying his petition for an inflation adjustment. Pursuant to the law at the time of his 1990 injury, employees were entitled to an inflation adjustment for total, but not partial, incapacity benefits. 39 M.R.S.A. §§ 54-B, 55-B (1989), repealed by the Maine Workers’ Compensation Act of 1992, P.L.1991, ch. 885, § A-7.
