NWFX, Inc. [NWFX], Gold Financial Express, Inc. [Gold], 'and Northwest Financial Express, Inc. [Northwest], together referred to as the Debtor Corporations, were incorporated by Larry Shaffer in the early 1980s for the purpose of selling money orders.
