MEMORANDUM OPINION

RANDALL L. DUNN, Bankruptcy Judge.

Debtors, Timothy Joseph Mullen and Amie Marie Mullen (“the Mullens”), filed their voluntary petition for relief under chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code 1 on November 16, 2006 (“Petition Date”), at which time the Mullens filed their chapter 13 plan, also dated November 16, 2006 (“Plan”). On March 8, 2007,1 conducted a final hearing (“Hearing”) on the objections of the chapter 13 trustee (“Trustee”) to confirmation of the Plan (“Confirmation Objections”).
