This matter is before the Court on a number of motions seeking access to material that has been filed under seal in this case. Several putative class members—Dow Chemical Company (“Dow”), Rayonier, Inc. (“Rayonier”), and the Southern Company (“Southern”)—as well as plaintiffs in a related case—the Oxbow companies—seek access to assertedly confidential information filed under seal pursuant to a protective order.
