This is a libel, a vinculo matrimonii, filed by Mae Strang against Denzil Strang. The master has recommended that the prayer of the petitioner be granted, and that a decree of divorce be entered, by his report filed, from which, however, after a thorough examination of the law and the facts involved, we are compelled to differ. The fundamental legal requisites to sustain jurisdiction in this case have not all been complied with.
