Eruob, to the Common Pleas of Washington county. This was a libel in divorce from bed and board, and for alimony, by Jane Gordon against David Gordon, presented August 29th 1857, in which there was an issue which was tried by a jury and verdict rendered for the libellant; whereupon, on the 31st day of May 1862, a decree was made by the court divorcing'the said parties a mensa et thoro, and on the 26th of February 1864, alimony was fixed at $100 per annum.

— This was a libel for divorce, “a mensa et thoro,” in which the libellant set out two causes for a separation.
