¶1 Terra West Townhomes, L.L.C., filed suit against Stu Henkel Realty in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County. Stu Henkel Realty answered the Complaint, filed a counterclaim against Terra West Townhomes, L.L.C., and initiated a third-party action against Dillon Management and Consulting, Inc., United Pacific Insurance Co., Bradley Dillon, Robert Dillon, and Leona Dillon.
