GUERRERO, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted by members of conspiracy to commit adultery, consensual sodomy, assault with a means likely to produce grievous bodily harm, six specifications of adultery (involving five women), and fraternization with a hospitalman apprentice (E-2) in violation, respectively, of Articles 81, 125, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 925, 928, and 934.
