I. INTRODUCTION
The Court has before it Defendant AR-AMARK Management Services, LP’s (“ARAMARK”) Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff Chris Zimpfer’s (“Plaintiff’ or “Mr. Zimpfer”) Complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). 1 Plaintiffs Complaint brings a single cause of action for unlawful retaliatory discharge under Title VII. 2 ARA-MARK contends that Plaintiffs Complaint fails to plead a prima facie case for relief under Title VII for retaliation.
