§1 This case involves a dispute between property owners and the contractor they hired to install a pool and other outdoor features in their. backyard. There are two main issues on appeal. First, we must decide whether the trial court correctly determined that the parties entered into an enforceable settlement agreement. And second, we must determine whether the court erred when it declined to sanction the plaintiffs and their lawyer for dishonesty.
