The plaintiffs in this action - seven registered Republican voters who lived in Maryland's Sixth Congressional District prior to the State's enactment of its 2011 congressional redistricting law - challenge the constitutionality of that law and, specifically, the way the State redrew the boundaries of the Sixth District.
