Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Leahy, J.), rendered March 10, 1986, convicting him of murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

At the trial the primary witness for the People testified that at about 4:00 a.m. on January 26, 1985, while she was in the Extasis bar in Queens County, she heard noises that sounded like firecrackers.
