People v. Davis

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York

Decided January 22, 1991PublishedCited by 16 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Nicolai, J.), rendered December 2, 1988, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree (two counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (two counts), and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress a statement made by him to law enforcement officials.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
