After settling and dismissing Kenneth Kepple’s suit against General Tire, Inc., Kepple’s attorneys moved on their own behalf to vacate a protective order issued pursuant to Rule 166b(5)(e) of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure,1 which restricted their disclosure of documents General produced during discovery and designated as confidential.
