This appeal involves the recovery of damages for conspiracy. Eor a number of years prior to January 15, 1918, Dudley O. Sloan, plaintiff, defendant in error herein, and Robert H. Clark operated adjoining cattle ranches in Cim-arron county. A portion of the ranch of each was leased from the state for grazing purposes at five cents per acre per year. The division fence between their ranches, extending north and south, ran diagonally from a point near the northwest corner of section 27 to a point near the northeast corner of section 15, in the same township, thus making a triangular tract of…
