The statement of facts agreed upon by counsel for the parties to this appeal, sets forth that Alvin Blough, one of defendants, a dealer in automobiles in the City of Johnstown, trading under the name of Cambria Auto Company, ordered from the manufacturers a carload of Nash trucks which were consigned to him by bill of lading attached to a sight draft forwarded through the National Bank of Johnstown.
