This action of replevin was tried in the court below by a judge sitting without a jury; its subject matter was a Chrysler roadster automobile. The plaintiff, Automobile Banking Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the A. B. C. Co.), founded its writ upon the allegations that one George P.
