KING, Circuit Judge:
Plaintiff Save Power Limited appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment declaring that defendant Syntek Finance Corporation is a “Senior Lender” for purposes of the subordination agreement at issue in this case. Save Power also appeals the district court’s denial of its motion to transfer this case to Judge Means, a different judge in the same division before whom a previously filed, related action is pending.
