This action was brought by the Plaintiff, a judgment-creditor of the Defendant, George H. Wooster, to enforce payment of his judgment out of certain leasehold property conveyed by the Plaintiff to the Defendant, Emma C. Wooster, the wife of the other Defendant, and .is based upon the allegation that George C. Wooster paid for the property, and that the same is, therefore, liable for his debts.
