Sidney Reinhardt brought this suit against the Washington Life Insurance Company of New York, and by his original petition sought to recover, among other small amounts not necessary to state, $1,411.26 as a commission at the rate of 7 1/2 per cent. on $18,816.82 of premiums, and $4,284 as a commission at the rate of 5 per cent. on $856,850 of premiums collected by said insurance company on policies negotiated by the plaintiff as its agent located in the city of Dallas, Tex.
