Greenwich Township (Township) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County granting Rodolfo Folino’s land use appeal and ordering the Township to review Folino’s preliminary land development plan in accordance with the Township’s zoning and land development ordinances in effect on September 10, 2002.
