The defendants in error, G. N. and W. T. Reagin, who where plaintiffs below, recovered a judgment against the plaintiff in error, Oil Reclaiming Company, a corporation, which was defendant below, by the verdict of a jury in the district court of Payne county, Okla. The suit •was brought to recover compensation for services rendered under a contract alleged to bo partly oral and partly implied. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the lower court.
