This action was instituted in the district court of Creek county by Pearl Clark, the widow of Leonard Clark, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against C. H. AVright, receiver for the Sun-ray Oil Company, hereinafter referred to as defendant, wherein it was sought to recover damages for the alleged wrongful death of Leonard Clark. The cause was tried to a jury and a verdict rendered in favor of plaintiff in the sum of ■ $37,000.
