This is an action brought by the plaintiff as administrator of the estate of Edward A. Slattery, deceased, seeking to recover certain shares of stock in Slattery’s Specialty Store, Inc., claimed to be part of the assets of the estate of the deceased. The defendants originally were Elizabeth S. Levey, a sister of the deceased, Delphine Slattery, his wife, Arthur L. Ship-man, Darwin D. Slater and Oscar C. Cress.
