Edward Martin died at Bed Hook, Duchess county, New York, December 3, 1893, leaving a last will and testament, which was admitted to probate in the county court of Kendall county, in this State, December 14,1893, and in which Samuel Beers, John O’Connor and the plaintiff in error, Serena M. Martin, were appointed executors. The executors qualified, and on March 5, 1894, filed their inventory of real estate valued at $58,250, and personal property of the value of $323,655.03, as property of the estate.
