The Buckingham Slate Company filed a bill in the Circuit Court of Buckingham county, from which it appears that by deed dated November 23, 1904, Jennie S. J ones and others granted to the plaintiff the right to enter in and upon a certain tract of land for the purpose of searching for, quarrying, manufacturing, buying and selling roofing slate.
