Plaintiffs-appellants, Rose Johnson (“appellant”) and Charlotte M. Wilson, a minor, bring this accelerated appeal from the decision of the trial court granting the motion to dismiss and/or for summary judgment filed by the defendantsappellees, Samuel L. Allen, Jr. and Nora O’Banner.

Appellant is the mother of Vire N. Wilson, deceased, and the maternal grandmother of Charlotte Wilson and Samuel Allen.
