The licensee appeals from a decision of the Liquor Control Board (Board) suspending licensee’s first- and third-class licenses for a period of fifteen days. We affirm.

Licensee’s suspension results from incidents which occurred on the night of February 20-21, 1987. Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the prevailing party, see In re Johnston, 145 Vt. 318, 320, 488 A.2d 750, 751 (1985), we note the following relevant facts.
