**637In this medical negligence action, plaintiff appealed, asserting that the trial court erred in refusing to give his requested jury instruction concerning a tortfeasor's liability for the subsequent conduct of another. The Court of Appeals agreed and reversed the trial court's judgment in part and remanded the case to the trial court for a new trial. Sloan v. Providence Health System-Oregon , 282 Or.
