This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries incurred by plaintiff while attempting to extinguish a fire which was started by defendant’s employee. Defendant demurred to plaintiff’s complaint on the ground that it failed to state a cause of action. The demurrer was overruled. The court also denied defendant’s motion for a judgment of involuntary non-suit. The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff. Defendant appeals.
