VAIDIK, Judge.

Case Summary

Duane E. Baber appeals his four convictions related to an incident where he fired a shotgun in the direction of his wife and missed. Specifically, he contends that his right to a speedy trial as guaranteed by Indiana Criminal Rule 4(B) was violated and that his Blakely rights were violated.
