SELBY, Justice.

Antonio Jackson is a petty eriminal who asserted his right to a speedy trial, Jackson was arrested and accused of attempting to steal some audio and video equipment from the home of an acquaintance, and charged with Burglary, a Class B felony, and of being an habitual offender. Jackson was convicted on both the burglary count and the habitual offender count.
