JACKSON, Justice.

Lucy Moreman died April 5, 1928, leaving her husband, who, on June 14th thereafter, qualified as survivor to administer their community property, with B. W. Moreman, B. E. Cope, and Mrs. B. E. Cope as sureties on his bond.

The inventory, appraisement, and list of claims shows that such estate consisted of personal property valued at $11,250 and separate town lots and 160 acres of land valued at $19,900. All of the lots, except one which was valued at the sum of $1500, and the 160-acre tract of land, were incumbered for separate amounts. There was a mortgage of $550 against the…
