Mrs. Agnes L. MeGraw, former wife of T. W. MeGraw, died intestate in 1923, leaving surviving her nine children, all of whom were minors except two. These children were also the children of T. W. MeGraw. Thereafter T. W. MeGraw duly qualified as community survivor. About one year later MeGraw married again. The marital relation between him and his second wife has existed continuously from the date of their marriage to the present time.
