This is a suit on a twenty pay participating life insurance policy issued by the defendant on the life of complainant on October 23, 1922, for the sum of $2500'.

On account of an error in the statement of the age of the insured, the amount of the policy was reduced to $2433. The annual premium of $110 was paid each year up to and including the one due in October, 1926.
