This is an appeal from the refusal of the court below to remove a substituted trustee of a testamentary trust.

On October 18, 1917, William H. Hodgson died leaving an estate appraised at $184,180 and a last will wherein he set up various trust estates. The principal asset of the largest of these estates 'the. testator described as his “newspaper business" known as the Daily Local News Company of West Chester, Pa.,” (hereinafter referred to as the company), with a capital stock of $100,000, which testator organized himself before his death.
