MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This case comes before this Court on a petition for attorney’s fees pursuant to § 206(b)(1) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 406(b)(1) (“ § 406(b)”), filed by Petitioner David A. Bryant (“Petitioner”), one of the attorneys for Plaintiff Anita Hodges-Williams (“Plaintiff’). Petitioner seeks 25% of the total past-due benefits awarded by Defendant Jo Anne B.
