Defendant appeals from an interlocutory order entered May 29, 1946 restraining him from proceeding with or prosecuting any divorce action against plaintiff in the State of Nevada or in any State other than Illinois, until the disposition of a pending separate maintenance suit brought by plaintiff in the superior court of Cook county wherein defendant has filed an answer and counterclaim for divorce.
