Defendant appeals from an interlocutory order entered November 18, 1944, denying his motion to dissolve a temporary injunction, which restrained defendant from in any way, manner or form instituting or filing a complaint, petition or proceeding for a divorce or other domestic or matrimonial relief against plaintiff in any court of the State of Nevada or of any other state or country other than the State of Illinois, until the further order of the court.
