Plaintiff-appellant Robert E. Wilson, III appeals from the January 7, 2013 judgment of the District Court for the Southern District of New York (George B. Daniels, Judge) granting the motion to dismiss of defendant-appellee Citibank, N.A. and all related Citibank entities (the “Citibank defendants”) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
