The plaintiff, Robert W. Long, appellee, charges the defendants, Abraham Askin and Samuel Askin, partners trading as Askin Brothers Company, defendants, appellants, with the negligent driving of their automobile at the intersection of Greenway and Thirty-ninth Street in Baltimore, whereby the plaintiff, at the time driving a light delivery truck belonging to himself and his brother, was injured. From a judgment for the plaintiff, the defendants appeal.
